Save the Date
Good morning, friends and clients!
At Everard’s Clothing, we have always believed that quality speaks for itself. As one client once told me, “When the price is forgotten, the quality remains.” Very true clothing is no different than cars: you get what you pay for, and true craftsmanship can never be imitated.
When we place the Everard’s Clothing label inside a garment, we stand behind it with pride, dignity, and integrity. The features are very old school with no illusion of what our interior is constructed. The interior of all our garments are full canvas. The specks in canvas are made from the tail of the horse and woven into the canvas. The canvas is then sponged (washed) then dried at high temperatures to shrink the canvas - therefore when the cloth is being stitched on, there is no fusing (glue). This gives an ability to the cutter to cut a pattern and hand shape and hand stitch the fabric to the fabric. The holes are double wrapped by hand giving the garment a more stable and sturdy base and bond to the fabric. This is our mindset when creating our garments which are one a kind and made especially for you, by your pattern, and with the date of production inside every garment.
This October, we are delighted to bring that tradition of craftsmanship to the Georgetown Club in Washington, DC. The Club has graciously invited us to this special setting, where we will share our creativity, enthusiasm, and knowledge while offering custom handmade garments for both men and women.
Now that we no longer have a brick-and-mortar shop, this event is a rare opportunity to experience Everard’s craftsmanship in person. Men’s garments will begin at $1,700 in our opening fabric range, and women’s garments will begin at $1,000.
Thank you, as always, for your kindness, loyalty, and support. It has meant more to us than we can say, and we look forward to welcoming you this October 16 & 17.
With appreciation,
Louis & Jennifer
